Makenna

Opalescent eyes of a warm

Summer Day

Our cotton dresses flow

Musical laughter under the Oak tree

Faces in the grass; we breath in

The earth that made us

Lips like a freshly picked Apple

A sunlit embrace of light and love

They can’t take this away

Because She loves me

And I love Her
