Angelia.

In the corner of an empty room, I sat with a cake, a key, and a hundred dollar bill

and didn't budge once.

In the living room, I laid on the floor and

swallowed all the knives from the kitchen.

All throughout this house, everything that goes bump in the night

is just something that goes bump in my head.

But more over, no casket makes me want to jump more quickly

than the one that lives in the same place.

It's funny how one body can live in multiple spaces all at once.

How you can make a mockery of yourself in the mirror, forever living in the dark

where the other one wants you.

But luckily, someone will come home.

Someone will lie to you for your sake.

Someone will breathe monarch butterflies into your lungs.

Someone will throw nirvana into the basement,

peace into the attic, and fill the rest with sanity.

And in a day's time, they'll cradle you back to heaven,

soothe your soul back into a cup of jasmine, and save you.

They'll save you...
