I'm Losing It
I stand on the verge,
Where everything I see, scatter
I try this puzzle, to merge;
Put it all together
But I'm losing it
I got that urge
Inside myself,
I hear, 'You can do it'
I need that hope
But I'm losing it
All that I had
Whatever I loved
Seems so far and away
But this time,
My instincts whisper and say,
'You can't lose it that way'
To hear, what I feel
Someone has to kneel
If they have that keen
That will be seen
If I say what it had been
To you, that won't mean
Over the mouth
Words try to lean
To say what I feel
All that I've seen
This poem is about:
Me
