I want to draw stripes on my body

use myself as a canvas

draw horizontal stripes

draw vertical stripes

draw diagonal stripes

dig the pen into my skin until it is like a knife

pushing through my skin so that i bleed

and add some color to my pale skin

i bleed beautifully

deep shades of crimson erupt from my skin

let me be beautiful

for just a little while
