Willing not Dead

Lord help me to be an active part of your will

Not just words on a page after deathBut willing to goWilling to follow For words are just words until they are crafted togetherWords are just words until they have an ownerLord you own my heart so let it be your will that works inside of me But put me to actionPut me to useDon't let me hoard them Lord Instead let me go hoarseHoarse with the proclamation that my God is gracious Lord let your grace adorn me Like the whitest pearl from the deep seeFor through this ocean of life I have found the one who is WhiteThe pearl so precious I just might surviveLord let me proclaim Let me be willing to do you willFor your death did not mean an end to anything but sinFor you live and that's what makes this will not about death But indeed about life.
