Some Days

Some days it becomes too much to bear
Too much to hold on
Too much to shut out
Just too much

Some days I want it to end
To cut my wrist and watch the river
To hear my neck snap right as I die

Some days I don't know I'm here
Why I bear so much pain
Why I bear the salty, tearful river

Some days I just don't know
So I cry until I can't
And scream until I'm silent
