What is Hair?

Location

00801
U.S. Virgin Islands

Thick, short & full of life
She’s mostly everywhere but sometimes invisible to the bare eyes
Free in the wind
But trapped under her skin
Light but packed with DNA
The melanin, without it, it would be in a race without color
No shade just base
Running around through three phases
She don’t plan on stopping till the follicles extend
For she has to grow and be mature
With cuticles strong, tough and ready for war!
