I am... your little happiness

I am the reason why you wake up in the morning

the reason why the birds chirp

and the reason why your bathroom mirror gets foggy.

I'm the little happiness

I'm the call when dinner is ready

I'm the christmas night cookies

and the tight held hand across the busy intersection

I am the little happiness

I didint choose to be lonely

But the warm hopes and dreams vanish my discomfort

I am the sad one

where hugs from grandma don't feel as cozy as the used to

I am  the Sunday sermons that don't seem so applicable.

But I am POWER, I am COURAGE

And I will be your little happiness
