i was taught that

intelligence is not measured in a test or

a number on a someone’s scale of genius.

the number in an IQ test does not measure me or

define my limitations.

rather my character is measured depending on whether or not

“I Question” what others tell me because

growth goes in more than one direction.

anywhere, even down

to the layers of earth.

daring to inch to the core of ourselves

only then will we see the brightness of our minds

and the truth.

the truth is that God has a pencil but no eraser.

the truth is that we are worth writing about,

because God wrote us,

and he makes no mistakes.
