Slow Dancing

Eyes shine brightly as colored lights pass by,

You both are awfully close,

Hands plastered on shoulders and,

Lightly on the waist,

Time After Time,

Every Breath You Take,

Songs slow down but leave so quickly,

He's the most handsome,

She's amazingly beautiful,

Swaying to an unknown beat,

You laugh because,

You have this feeling,

And the beat keeps moving you,

Slipping into a faded state,

Feeling some type of way,

And not knowing what to do,

Lost in the moment and in eachother,

A white petal falls to the floor,

And your shoes click to your fast paced heart beats,

You've been waiting,

And now you've found them.
