No Fear

There is no fear

When you are trying to get your thoughts in gear

Crying won’t exist

When there is a fist

People say violence isn’t the answer

So then what is the answer?

You never feel free

You never know what you will be

It feels like no one cares

Because no one dares

To ask what you do

When you feel like you are through

You isolate yourself daily

And you fear you are falling crazily

The darkness feels like home

You begin feeling like a drone

Going through days

Always in a daze

Clueless of the upside

So you choose to stay inside

You refuse to listen

Because you don’t feel like you glisten

They never had a chance to say goodbye

They never thought you would actually try

They checked your body

Not thinking you are mentally gone already

There is no bringing you back

They didn’t keep track

On how you acted

They would have never though you contracted

These feelings about your life

They did not know you had another use for a knife
