Transparent

Call me undefined

Call me a zig zag warrior

For I have forgotten

The smell of childhood

But surrender to me

A moment

Of your fading time

I promise it will always be Saturday

Filled with pizza dough

And pie crusts

I am the moment of one

Sorry bird as it drops

But tried to fly

The sinking feeling

Of missing a stair

Or sipping lemonade

But expecting water

I haven’t swallowed true sorrow

Fill my cup and I’d taste it

All lemon berries and skyscrapers

I’m crooked

But every metal bends

And trees sway in autumn

Art isn’t created with rulers

Rather sunbeams and unexpected inspiration

Come meet me on the corner

I won’t sweet talk

Or make pleasantries

I’d smuggle you a poem

Placed in the crook of your palm

Words are all you need to know of me

Skim one of my poems

To read

The stutterings of my heart
