"My Heart"

"My Heart"

Is a foolish,

Weeping entity,

Bound to amaranthine perquisition,

Compelled to befoul my consciousness,

And foremost aspirations,

By a dissociative disease,

A cataclysmic desire,

A fanatic ideal,

An eclectically demoniac passion,

And it shall never sleep,

Or be altered from its avidity.

For it is a strength,

That may only rid me of torment and utter disappointment,

Through cloyingly bleak,

Exultant demise;

And that is ...

To love, and

Be loved in return.
