A Sound of the Heavens and Earth

We’re all separated apart,
By one small characteristic,
A silly, foolish, crazy reason,
One that should not matter.
Skin color divides into many groups,
Whether you’re as white as snow,
Or as dark as the night you see,
Color is not a key characteristic.

Whether you drive expensive cars,
Or drive what you can afford to,

Or believe in many Gods or no Gods at all,

Essentially, we’re all divided into packs.
Like Wolves and tigers separated forever,
Or Dogs and cats forever divided apart,
For no valid reason, but so-called “nature”.
History has used these separations,
So has literature used them in texts,
Even movies tend to use it at times,
And so does music that we listen to.
Nature claims to be the only reason,
A natural ignorance we all have in us,
That we should change since we can,
And put an end to foolish separations.
