Once upon a time, in a faraway land a prince asked a fair maiden for her hand the girl was confused, because you should know they had only known each other for an hour or so.    
Once upon a time, in a tower- tall, far and kept away lived Rapunzel, a secret princess in her day   Her father, the King made a mistake he could not take back
There once was an Emperor with a very short temper who focused his attention on clothes. As his closet did grow, it seemed as though he cared not of the council he imposed.
  Whose shoes these are I think I know. Their feet have not returned yet, though. With blankets scattered there and here, The mess will only grow and grow.
Oh say can you see? By the dawn’s early light The big wall towering Over us all upright Whose broad bricks And bright clay
I ask them to take a poem And read it Like they were the author,   Or subject, for that matter.   I say drop a lemon-scented pod into a poem And watch it dissolve,  
Shall I compare thee to a winter's day? Thou art more hollow and more distressing; Rough winds do shake your meaning far away And empty words are long from impressing.
You—   You are the only one that accepts me as I am. You ply to my will no matter how forcefully I embrace you. No matter how many times I change my mind or turn away,

Everybody’s lookin for cells Oh! Ain’t that the reason you in this lab? Oh! You ain’t going to find them dancing around. No! I gotta better solution for you boy. Oh!
 The clock strikes twelve,my hunger abounds, The kitchen groans with too much food inside, The food sits heaped upon the shelf in mounds, My mother scolds me and by law abides,
Two poems lie crumpled on the floor, And sorry I had not the patience to read them both, I contemplated throwing them away. But I skimmed through one as best I could

His hair arrayed in a muddy brown mess, With all of the elegance and finesse, Of a homeless man in a burlap dress.    His meticulous life well unkempt,
I hear America singing "freedom" for everyone. I hear their hypocritical songs, singing long through the night. I hear the rich belting their greed-filled, boasting songs

Shall I compare thee to a birthday cake? Thou art more layered and more fattening: Harsh winds do force thy candles fire to shake, And birthday’s end does cause a happening:
