My coach is someone who cares Someone who works hard, despite his gray hairs During the tough times or the relaxed days I always strive to hear his praise The praise of a coach is not easily earned
A six minute mile, feet hardly touching the ground. Nothing else matters,   My standing backflip seems to defy gravity. I spin right around.   Only five more reps.

Some people ride their bikes for fun, others in a race Others, so that they can lose their friend around their waist Many people own bicycles, all around the nation
Football is a game that I’ve tried The only game where I almost died The incident happened last season in fall That’s when I decided to quit football
Run
  Run. Go forward, Trust your legs. Are they pillars or twigs?   Faster. Like Hell. Towards The Destination. Times’ scythe nips at your heels.   Recover.
Lace up running shoes, Hit the trail; Lost in thought, Discover yourself
  At this moment, I am inventing the dinosaur; creating toast; conceiving an end to a circle. Against reason, I am endeavoring to produce something beautiful from the dregs of humanity.  
Exercise is good for you, Blood, sweat, and tears, will get you through the deepest blue and fit throughout the years, you may not like it at the start but then you get addicted,
Don't listen to what anyone tries to say You look beautiful no matter how much you weigh But if you'd like to look better some day Go outside, run, exercise and play
