Strip me of my mocha colored skin  and my velvet coursed curly hair,  and tell me darling...what do you see?    
When you look at me like that I feel like I can fly I can see my freedom I feel like I can touch the sky With you I can lose myself I can do what I want Nobody makes me feel like you
When was the day that I felt the heat? Was I lifeguarding on Jackson street? Was I pouring salt on a customers fries? Was I organizing silk sewn ties? Did i ring up that DVD correctly?
Women are faced with a societal burden.
No matter where I go, I can't explain away, the limitless attraction to a girl who knows her way. She's a mystery to us all,  and a puzzle to a tee, a conundrum to her parents, 
I sit here in this classroom thinking about what I could do                                                        if I would do,
Destroyed from the inside out,A tragedy sinners do not mourn.No pity for a star.   Here bright and burning,Here dark and cold,Alive as a star,Dead as a star.  
Close your eyes, open your mouth, let your stomach shout an OMMMM stretch, relax, take care of your skin, eat properly, be gentle, give, never take, be honest. Work hard, sleep much,  run
