What a glorious place is this,
that the freedoms of speech and religion prevail.
What a devasted place is this,
that th stifling of free press exists.
What a magnificent place is this,
Michigan is where we HAIL, and when you hear that please don’t bail
We’re shaped like a mitten for a reason
Winter is our longest season
Michigan has rich history
Now you know that is no mystery
Times are changing,
That’s no question.
The world we live in is constantly spiraling,
And we have been told it’s up to us to shape it into something we would want to live in.
