These years.
We thought it would last a lifetime,
Our friendships would never break,
And our love would never disappear.
We'd never know what betrayal is.
They told me to excel in school
But what does it mean to excel?
They told me to keep my grades up
So I made straight A’s.
Then they told me to challenge myself
PEER PRESSURE, What a itch!
Making my mind play TRICKS.
I wanna give in, but at the same time no.
How can something feel so GOOD, but be so WRONG.
