The night is chasing the sun. It's always like this at home, the deep sky getting darker the further you tilt your head up. It's nearly black up there, at the top. (The top? The middle? The end?
No roof over your head No floor at your feet No steel doors to sustain Just you...

I wanted so badly to be the sun,  to bring warmth and light to be the life. But after so many battles of fighting the night,
The sunflowers bend. They break their own backs to shine; maybe they want more.
