Your eyes are like the stars that form patterns. A galaxy so different from my own. I know the kids left you in shatters. You are still my glittering, bright way home. This wedding may seem like a hassle.

Walking down Eastlands in Nairobi with my head bowed and my hands pocketed at 3am has always been such a beautiful thing to me.
This story begins with a girl in bed sleeping, It's very silent, not a sound to be heard. I’m sitting on a chair next to her bed glaring blankly at her.

My phone rang at 7:52 this morning while I was heading to the debate tournament, and to my surprise guess who it was. Yep my ex-, I guess he had called to cheer me up.
