The Good Evil Queen
The beautiful queen cried
As her younger sister died
Wondering what she might become
Once upon a fairy tale
A princess kissed a stranger
She didn't quite know who he was;
Only that he'd saved her.
He climbed the tallest tower
While the dragon slept nearby
Sitting in my castle, the cold air blows
It is not a hassle, still it does not grow
Waiting for years to hear through my ear
A footstep by man who has no fear
I welcome him with golden orbs of light
I want to be married one day.
I want to be a lot, a whole lot,
but one of the bigger things
is that I want to be married someday.
And I don’t know if it’ll happen.
I’m scared
that it won’t,
Once upon a time, there was one young man who believed that true love really does exist.
The only problem with loving his true love came with a fatal risk.
We find it lying on the beach:
A lump of scales and fingernails,
An inky trail up from the water
Slithering through the sand
Its eyes open and filmy
As if surprised by the sudden darkness,
(Cinder)ella had pleaded
A wish she had needed
The young fairy was happy to provide
Ella desired a prince
Who would love her since
I am past the unbridled nature of humankind,
That which rises from the soft ground below me,
Men drawing straws from the thicket like pencils,
In hopes of writing the next chapter in my story.
How can I say a story that's untold?
You have heard the twisted lines from the queen
Beware of events that will soon unfold
Because now my patience begins to ween
She is my daughter but claimed by the king
Once upon a time
Two children wandered into the forest
And came across a witch
Who disappeared with them
Now the parents and the village
Believe that the old crone ate them
Once Upon A Time, when kids could roam freely in the woods, When adults did not have to lock their doors,When the people of the village felt safe. It was a time before chaos fell, Before a tyrant led by greed and desire decimated all happiness,
20 mattresses,20 down beds,1 pea,And a princess (me).
A pea is nothing. But when you are sinking into feathersand are pressed to the ceiling-That is when your sleep is uncomfortable feeling.
Based on the Original Story of "The Little Mermaid"
My voice won’t speak the words.
I can't say these five words.
“I recused you that day”
No sound comes out.
Each day I try to speak.
She had studied for the SAT's.
Of course she passed with these ease.
Cinderella knew that now the next step,
Was to find a way to finance her way through college and prep
It was a mistake to make her house from sweets,
but she never told them they could eat!
That was just a stupid lie,
told to others for the children to get by,
it was a crime to eat a house!
Here the boy sat writing for his future.
He'd hoped it would all work out
yet the standards have been set by the the past.
For the boy was not the magnificent Walt or Dickens himself.
Yet he still pushed himself,
(Aurora)
He thinks I’m in slumber.
He thinks the evil fairy has pricked my finger.
Never!
All the while he said he loves me
We know how this story goes, my friends-
The Witch, the tower, the Prince in the end-
Sometimes, a Dragon (just for a twist)
Perched tippity top, which is shrouded in mist-
Once Upon A Time, there was a poor father,
Doing what he can to provide for his daughter.
Goes up to the King and says, "Hey look at this!
Here is something for ya that you don't wanna miss!"
We only look with our eyes,
and not with our souls.
That was the moral of this story before.
As the last petal falls,
sinking, sinking down more.
But what if the beauty was the beast?
Outside all day he sat alone,
Bored and unwanted by those in the city below.
Needed a friend but no one came.
Drastic measures he had to take.
To escape the loneliness safe within him,
Classic fairytales are like garbage
They reek of rotten apples
Pungently infiltrating the nostrils
