Americans We
We were the arnsenal of democracy,
There, fighting on the beaches of Normandy.
We felt victory at last and our enemies none,
By standing together, Americans as one.
This is the field of Lexington
Where the war for our freedom was fought
This is the place where men died
So that our liberty could be bought
They were farmers and craftsmen most
Born a soldier to fight and die
Love of country, that is why
Here to fight for love & freedom
Some don't seem to want or need them
Still we struggle, because we must
To succeed, in God we trust
I, too, sing America.
I am determined.
They say I don’t have common sense
They don’t think I can manage myself.
But I know what I am capable of,
A New Sunrise Yet to Come
Oh America!
A new sunrise is yet to come
To revive your honor and ideals
That your martyrs and your heroes
Fought to let shine radiantly
