One simple thing
could be what turns out
to redefine me.
I may not know when it happens,
So must choose for the wise...
The choice is mine
Suddenly I see
A million things
relying on me.
To change a life?
To disrupt a cycle?
Can I validate this happening?

Born in one try.
Living one lifetime.
Loving takes practice,
But only one is true.
All the things you do in life,
So many things you have...
Teachers, here's a lesson
you don't seem to appreciate:
Judging students yourself
Causes classroom hate.
Stop pretending you don't see it...
There is one truth in life:
It's all up to you.
Stand up for yourself:
Re-imagine your future.
Stand up for another:
Save someone's life....
