Mystery is draped around her like a cloak,
Or perhaps a burial shroud.
It darkens her heart and burdens her soul.
The sky has heard her...
Last night, I couldn't breathe
And so I couldn't think.
I was so desperate to stay alive,
I stabbed people hurting to
Claw my way to...
She whispers lost to the wind and
Cries for freedom.
Her liberation imprisions her
As talking binds her voice.
She slipped.
A faded silhouette of a girl,
Tripping down a forgotten path
And lying there,
Never more alone.
Everyone says they "get it."
That makes no sense.
I don't "get it."
