Pointless arguments spark,
Anger seethes and burns,
Words flung solely for pain.
Holding mistakes above us,
To be rubbed in our faces....
My hands shake,
I've been exposed
The mask of joy and smiles I once wore,
Discarded.

An egg on a leaf
