What is beauty?

Well if I were to give the simplest definition I’d say you.

What is beauty?

I mean I was always told it's what is inside of you, or as some say beauty is what's on the inside.

Well why is it when I walk outside all I see is colors on black women’s faces.

Sometimes I think some women wear makeup to hide what's truly them                                                 

Why?

Because some asshole told them they weren't “cute” or left them because they weren't “beautiful."

Well it's hard for you to take that, so you believe him, hide that feeling by going out by and buying some makeup to hide what was your beauty.

What's more beautiful than a woman accepting the way she was made and holding her head high because she knows she's " beautiful " , now that's a beautiful thing.

You are beautiful because there is no one on earth like you.

That smile, your hair, your eyes, your lips, your thighs.

No one else in the world has your genes; anyone can buy you jeans, but your genes. . That's one of a kind.

So when I'm asked what is beauty? I say you. .
