You, an aesthetic poem.

You are early morning sunrises,

And bright stars in the dark night sky.

Forgotten tea that’s turned cool,

Blanket forts,

personal diaries,

and messy bedrooms.

You are forest paths,

The first day of spring,

tree houses,

playing guitar to an empty room,

sudden anger,

and whispers that no one can hear.

You are childlike wonder,

Kisses on Foreheads,

Lifting someone up and spinning them around,

Warm hugs,

Sudden burst of happiness,

Beauty in an ugly world,

Nostalgia,

an everlasting love that never fades.
