Leave me in the room with the writings on the walls
The poetry brings me solace
I'll write about our lives
What each of us had with one another
The connection of us all
I'll write about how my life was
How it is now
How I wished it to be
How I wished it was
Things are never as they seem and,
in the end it will show how people and things rarely stay
