A Wreck Heart

The whirlwind made a twist in my life,
The mind of my beloved went ablaze.
My beautiful one !

Gone are the days when you had my only pot of hopes,
What happened to the smile that shone and brightened up my world like a million fireflies !
Where are the eyes that did the talking and made me feel like I'm walking on a rainbow to paradise?
I wandered the scorching fields thinking our love was written on the stars and drowned into our destiny.

And yet for now,
I dwell in darkness, lost in my thoughts !
My beautiful one got dim and paralised my world
Yet the night is still young ,
Grievously my sky weeps, our times in my mind got blown by wind.
The strobe lights on us faded and vanished.
And all am left with is a lifeless life indeed ,
As the moonlights fill the nights,
There is no river that flows deeper the tears from my eyes.
