Col. 2:23 “these things have an appearance of wisdom

 

in self imposed religion, false humility and neglect of the

 

body, but are of no value against indulgence of the flesh”.

 

Only God saves

 

A man in his fallen state is ... what’s called “fleshly”

and in this position ... he is thoroughly corrupted.

It is because his will is ruled ... by powers groomed in darkness

and their evil work goes on ... unless by Christ interrupted.

 

One can appear religious ... in this fallen condition.

Even sing praises with an empty heart and really has no clue.

Emotions make you feel at home ... but there is no fruition

after all fullness comes in a gift ... and not in what you do.

 

Results always seem to be the same ... neglect of the body.

The body is the church in call ... “the Bride of Christ” well-known.

For satan’s total purpose ... seems always be geared too sloppy

to blaspheme God and His Work ... to sit on his little throne.

 

If works don’t originate with God ... then it becomes worship of the will.

It is like traveling down a road ... that has no destination.

A never-ending cycle ... in the whirlwind of the temporal spill

where time is running out ... with no clocks to time frustration.

 

So if a man lives carnally ... even his desire to be saved

and to be right with God ... is really not acceptable.

For God Who is the difference ... in His Plan of Salvation

has underwritten with His Blood ... the only Way to possible.
