A World of Winter

Location

I live in a world of winter. Where snow falls somewhere on the planet at every moment and some animal seeks the shelter of a tree, where there are none. Where some child huddles under his covers, afraid of what lurks in the dark and some dog, limps away from his owner in fear, but always runs back when called. I live in a very cold world. A world filled with beings who are burned by the hundreds, due to the frost bitten hearts of a greedy government. This harsh land where people lay in the street dying and few care to help. A place where nuclear and atomic storms kill millions. I live in a world where hate and love are confused through the fog. Where people end there own lives in fear of the winter. I live in a place of corruption, with barely an ember to bring forth the warmth of compassion. I am barely a spark in this world of winter.
