The World Clock

Tick tock,

The world clock tolls,

Chiming its mournful melody,

For those lost in sea.

Tick tock,

The world clock tolls,

Chiming its dreadful shanty,

For all those lost to time.

Tick tock,

The world clock tolls,

Chiming its haunting lullaby,

For those struck down sooner.

Tick tock,

The world clock tolls,

Chiming its solemn tune,

For those who have grown too sickly.

Tick tock,

The world clock tolls,

Chiming its chilling song,

For all those doomed to hear.

Tick clock,

The world clock stops,

Everything has gone dark,

The hushful tone has filled the air.

Tick tock,

Their time is up,

Here they all pass on time,

Guided by the Song of Doom,

Its wistful ballad leading them,

Leading them to their destination.

Tick tock,

The world clock starts once again,

Counting down the last few days,

Of all those nearing its chime.
