Windy

Wed, 04/01/2020 - 17:34 -- Kbliss

Time goes by so fast when I’m in your arms

Us is such a distinction

In you, i am all your worth

In you, i am all my worth

Such a beautiful gift

Just a dream I wake up from every time

I call your name

Can you hear it echo

In the wind

Isn't it so windy

Miles apart but my love still goes on

Can you hear it ripple in the wind

Summer passes, the fall leaves turn from

Greens to a beautiful array of fire

Then surrounded by white frozen tears

And I let it change my moods

Sometimes I don't have the words

Bare naked on the floor

Messed up, fucked up

Oh I’d give you my world

But you'll never be mine.

Oh my heart

My beats for something it can’t have

Breaking apart

Will you stop looking at me

I can't help all these feelings

And I’m jealous that you two are one piece

But I’m still going to be the friend you want me to be

When I don't see the point living anymore

But when I breathe, it’s the same air that

Rippled through your clothes

It's the closest I’ll ever be

Oh I know it's strange

But I hope it's windy tonight

Cause I’m only me when I’m with you

Oh we are just friends

It’s not right

I will wish to an airplane in the sky

That we could be more

But you don't want me

Maybe that's why you left

Cause your just you

Oh I wonder what your lips taste like

What your skin would feel against mine

It's like I’ve waited for something my whole life

That I’ll never get

So excuse me if I wish it was windy

Because this will be all I’ll ever get

It's so hard to stand here

 I don't wanna see

Her with you so here’s my goodbye

Miles apart but my love still goes on

Can you hear it ripple in the wind

Summer passes, the fall leaves turn from

Greens to a beautiful array of fire

Then surrounded by white frozen tears

And I let it change my moods

Sometimes I don't have the words

Bare naked on the floor

Messed up, fucked up

Oh I’d give you my world

But you'll never be mine.

Cause we're just friends
