It was an old airship
Old and abandoned
But there was a story behind it,
if you looked hard enough that it.
It's railings marred by swords and gunfire
It's propellers rusted by rain
It's sail full of holes
Could it even fly?
Yes.

I look at the glorious ship
Run my fingers along it's scars
It very much so still flies
The Windjammer
The clouds are beautiful as I fly
Flying is a wondrous feeling
I envy the birds so free
But I have Windjammer
And Windjammer shall fly
As it did before.

The captain
Strong and brave
Fending off pirates
and raids
His crew
Strong and willed
They scurry like ants
I watch as we fly
Cities so small
Clouds so large
Windjammer
A majestic ship
The envy of all

I close the scrapbook
Memories
The smell of crisp the crisp air
I remember
All the troubles
All the fun
The adventure
On a ship named
Windjammer

It was an old ship
Old and abandoned
But there was a story behind it,
If you looked hard enough that is.
It's railings marred by swords and gunfire
It's propellers rusted by rain
It's sails full of holes.
Could it even fly?
