Will you ...

Will you ... unconditional love …

1 Corinthians 13:7

bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things and endures all things.

Hypocritical

Will you call me sweetheart … when I rob your soul?

Will you kiss me gently … when I leave you bankrupt?

Will you follow quietly … when I destroy your goals?

Will you forgive me … when I swallow all corrupt?

Will you share the limelight … when I hang you out to dry?

Will you turn the other cheek … when I knock you in the head?

Will you now believe me … when all I do is live a lie?

Will you be my friend … when you know I wish you dead?

Will you dry my tears of sorrow … as I count all my victims?

Will you hold my hand … as I visit their graves?

Will you forgive me … as I “repent” of all my sins?

Will you ever forget … as I drown in my sinful ways?
