Why?

Fri, 01/28/2022 - 13:50 -- Giana.c

Why do people think bad of us just because the color of our skin?

When they look at us,

They think we have created a sin.

They really  have to put up a fuss.

Why do people treat us badly?

And they do it so gladly.

I will not stand up for this,

All the books I read about history,

Blacks are just at dismiss.

We should all be treated fairly,

Just like whites.

Well clearly,

They don't think that bright.

We are all children of God,

But just a lot see us as rather odd.

We should not be judged,

But still we are.

WE ARE NOT GHETTO

WE ARE NOT MONKEYS

WE ARE NOT TROUBLE MAKERS

WE ARE JUST LIKE YOU

JUDGE US FROM OUR CHARACTER,

NOT OUR SKIN
