For Whom the Bell Tolls ?

Tell me Jesus for whom the bell tolls?
For the warrior standing vigil at the LAC?
Unaware of the bullet that may come
Killing him but killing the dreams of his kins too
Waiting for his arrival back at home in village
Tell me Jesus for whom the bell tolls?
For the emigrant labour working overtime
For a contractor laying down the metal road
Cause he's to send money for his ailing father
Oblivious of the joy rider driving his SUV like a nut
That won't only crush him but crush the aspirations
Of his poor father, young wife and children
Tell me Jesus for whom the bell tolls?
For Pandemic warriors working nonstop in Hospitals?
To save millions of patients from a deadly virus
Unaware of the dangers lurking around
That may abruptly end their lives anytine
Tell me Jesus for whom the bell tolls?
For farmers agitating on roads in the freezing cold?
Asking for a fair price for their hard earned crops
Unbeknown of the vagaries of cruel winter
To which they may succumb some day
Tell me Jesus for whom the bell tolls?
