Who is He?

Who is He?

By Jazmine Walls (October 28, 2013)

One may look at the surface

And things just don’t seem to make sense

Slowly sinking into misconceptions

Becoming overly frustrated and tense

Because a person of innocence takes on a fatal disease

While dirty politicians seem to prosper and succeed off their greed

Children suffer from full blown starvation

And others die from an overdose of food consumption

The homeless find safety on the corner of their block

But don’t go downtown!

Cross that street line and you’ll run into someone’s glock

Some would ask

“Who is He that allowed this?”

“Who is He that brought this in?”

Little do they know what was the true cause

All starting with this thing called sin

Once before there was perfection

Truly a heaven on earth

But an enemy came to change this

Resulting in a disease carried on through birth

This God could have stopped it

He could have made a permanent prevention

But because his love is not forceful

This free will love brings about this negative attention

To many we are now slaves to the free will He gave,

Which was a necessity for us to be saved

So that in His heart we are encaged

But sometimes we seem Him giving a careless wave to our world.

How absurd!

In man’s eyes He’s seen as a liar

A killer, a bad-hand dealer

Being given these m=names such as a stealer

Which itself was stolen from the true thief himself

All the while my God is truly the rewarder, provider and the need supplier

When we delight in Him, He gives us our desires

Because our cares mold to His mold

And for His name’s sake we are made bold

Able to stand up to the world that wants to stay cold

So we got to stay on fire

And raise our swords high

Defending the truth

As we study every precept and line upon line

Piercing through the dark lie

That our God is the devil

And the devil is God

Will we get caught up in this confusion?

Because we too don’t know who’s who

Let’s stand against this grand controversy

Let us reveal the fraud and uplift the true.
