While I sleep silently

While I sleep silently,

dreaming of you

I'll think of my reality, and wished it could have

just stayed in my dreams.

Why did you have to cross over to my world, and ruin my

perfect image of you.

Why couldn't you just stay there, and not be tainted

with my poor choice of words.

Why did we let us start? Why did we actually consider us

for even a thought?

Because look where I am, at 4am wide awake

and thinking of you.

When I could have been asleep, dreaming of my

perfect image of you.
