Oh where is God when I need Him the most?
My enemies surrounding me are near
And I have nowhere else to go. I fear
That God has left me to defend my post.
Oh where is that wisdom I need the most?
I start a fire that fades with my tear
Because I cannot spark something unclear
I want and need the key to what’s inmost.
A man of God once told me years ago
That God was waiting for me to pull through.
My actions will prove that I will follow
His Will. I realize there’s not anyone who
Can say what I do. The man answered though,
“Do what you know and you’ll know what to do.”
