What would you say?:

Tue, 08/04/2015 - 02:18 -- Zmthall

What would you say,
If you woke up one day,
And all your troubles seemed to drift away,
As if they overstayed their stay.
And let you out of their chaotic array.

What would you say,
If on that same day,
Everything seemed to go your way.
As if your demons went to play.
And left you alone, out of their way!

What would you say,
If on this great day,
You forgot all your worries in a random cafe,
Or in the place you get away.

What would you say,
If you could stay,
Living forever in this wonderful day,
Hopefully something that isn't cliche.

What would you say,
If there wasn't a way,
To continue living out that day.
That that day wasn't something possible to replay.

I would hope that possibly the next day,
That you would hopefully say,
Life would be boring sculpted perfectly in clay,
That each and every single day,
Is worth a little more time to pay
And imperfections make life worth the stay.
So in the end what would you say?
