What The World Contains

Kids may say I'm ugly
Kids may say I'm dumb
Kids may say I'm weird
Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me
That I'm fat
That I've pimples all over my face
That I've got butter-teeth
Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me
That I've got no taste in boys
that my hair isn't blonde enough
Or my hair piece isn't the right color
Sticks and stones but words will never hurt me
Enough
Enough
of the meanness,
the unkindness,
the bitterness,
What do you think the world would be like without all the unkindness?
Without the profanity
without the bad words
without the sin
it would be heaven
it would be nice
it would be better than this
way better than this
without the disgusting wickedness
without the queer
without the antisocial-ness
It would be like a world without sin
It would be a world with out sin
without lust
without greed
without all the bad things that this world contains
