What We Got

We got a lot of hate and we got too much sorrow. In the depths of the hood, some won't live to see tomorrow. They named us "Killwaukee", a name we earned on our merit. This is a dispicable thing for our generations to inherit. We got a lot of struggle, families can't feed themselves. We got little kids stealing cans off of store shelves. We got people willing to turn and look away, but they can't do this every day. We got lower education standards, and these generations don't want to change. Society is expecting grads when all we glorify are magazine fads. What we got is a few to hold up many... after years, this load is too heavy.
