What Pictures Will They Show of Me?

What pictures will they show of me

When I surmount the stand?

When I repeat the oath to tell the truth

The Bible on my hand?

What pictures will they show of me

To prove he was not wrong?

Will they dig up my history?

Say I deserved it all along?

What questions will they ask of me

When I go on the news?

Will they call me a lying whore?

Insist it's all a ruse?

What stories will they tell of me

As the details are unearthed?

Will they sentence him to half a year?

Is that all that I am worth?

What stories will they tell of me

When they kiss their kids goodnight?

Will they warn them not to drink so much?

Will they say it isn't right?

What pictures will they show of me

When again he does assault?

Will she even come forward?

Or will she be afraid

They'll tell her it's her fault.
