We steal each other's breath

Location

We steal each other's breath as if

it's all we need to live.

Our mouth's so close that when we breath

in we are just sucking air from the other.

A seemingly pointless cycle of C02.

Our lungs starving for more than just

lust

passion

love

but life.

We are our lives.

He is my motivation

through the darkness of the recesses of my mind.

He creates the spark in me that puts these words on this page

and the spark that takes my feet out of my habitat and into the world.

It's nothing big, it's nothing incredible,

but he makes me tick.

He makes me see through who I think I am and who my brain wants me to be to fullfil some sick

prophecy of depression.

Without him there is no tick or tock,

there is no this or that,

or write or read.

He has saved me, and now we

steal each other's breath as if

it's all we need to live.
