The Water

Location

The falling rain
Is like my
Swollen Heart
The more that falls
The darker it becomes
And more seduced it feels
To the point of no return
In which Darkness
Has seized control
With no way
To alter the mistakes
Or alter minds
Even though
You
are not
at fault
For what happened
But I am blamed
As a red herring
To an incomplete mystery
Trying to stay alive
In this hell
Of a world
But I am failing
And need the help
Before my shallow grave
Becomes a deep oasis
For the drowning
Of my miserable soul
