War and words

Job 11:3 New English Translation (NET Bible)

Should people remain silent at your idle talk,
and should no one rebuke you when you mock?

War of words

What is peace in a warlike nation and where is tranquility now found?

Even when no wars are raging it seems that hostility is flourishing here

War on drugs, war on crime, war with words all seem “artificially” Heaven bound

In a nation fading away from God can’t it only move towards a worldly atmosphere?

How can we protect this nation when God seems quietly turning away?

Do we think to have the capacity to fulfill the simplicity of saving self?

How long in this degradation can we breathe and not turn to pray?

To combat the tenacity of that sin’s results as soon judgment may tell

If one person gets delivered from self does not say that all Heaven rejoices

When one ignores the opportunity, however, are not tears flowing there?

If one nation gets destroyed there is nothing for any other choices?

But if your palace is a love-filled tent you’ll survive being anywhere
