Walking after ...

2 Corinthians 5:4-5 For we groan while we are in this tent, since we are weighed down, because we do not want to be unclothed, but clothed,so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. Now The One who prepared us for this very purpose is God,Who gave us the Spirit as a down payment.

Walking after the Spirit ... means a constant movement

Coming to a standstill ... is the same as falling back

On the pathway that is leading to God’s Will for my being

giving up all that’s mine ... for faith is built on that

What’s there, what’s mine... my thoughts and my wishes?

A few of these burn in the Spirit ... and some blaze in the soul

At times it seems impossible ... to differentiate between these

as then I’m standing still ... no movement towards God’s goal

Walking after the Spirit on the way to the Cross

that is where we simply see the pathway of God’s call

Not too complicated so even children understand

the source of love available a gift from “All in All”.
