Void

Some believe it's an excuse

Some believe it's an escape

But for whatever perspective you're in

This is not a lightly taken case

Tis nealy bad as rape

Fear clouds judgement

Fear makes irrational decisions

To cutting yourself and starving yourself

Your life is in the process of detriment

Your relation with others in divsion

The darkness pulls you in

Like the event horizon of a black hole

There is no escape.

There is no light..

There is no hope...

When you put the barrel to the throat

Shaky hands on the icy trigger

You hear the laughter and jollies to encourage you!

Squeeze! Squeeze! Let it go!

You stop...A for telling you to be better.

Salty tears running down your face;

Gasping for breath from the convulsion

You see a vision. A glimmer. A purpose.

Steadily standing back to the race,

It is not the final conclusion.

Alone must be felt to stand a little taller.

Facing the adversity of your orientation or color.

There are many demons out there who would love to see your grave.

Giving you a reason to work a little harder;

Reaching out a hand for a fellow sister or brother.

The darkness forever traps you and attemps to destroy.

Whatever upper power is there to heal your soul,

You gotta stay stronger go a little longer!

Smile and fight back. Continue that long stroll.

Because nothing can escape the void.

Whatever challenge you face. Just remember that you are a superstar and do not care what others think of you. If you know you are a good person at heart continue to do so and go out and do wonderful deeds for the ones that need help.

Presdent Ronald Reagan's quote goes, "We can't help everyone, but everyone can help some one."
